Booking Instructions
Generally, bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Factors such as an organization's size, state of readiness and scope of work will be considered and discussed prior to confirmation.
For Listed Services:
If you are booking for a service listed, include in the Subject Line: Request - [Service]. For example, "Request - Communications".
Please be sure to include any details that may be relevant, including proposed dates, number of participants, and/or anticipated outcomes.
For Services Not Listed:
If you are a new client or organization seeking 1 on 1 consultation prior to any services being rendered, include in the Subject Line: New Client Consultation. Please summarize in your message why you are seeking this session and what you hope to gain from it.
There is a mandatory fee for new client consultations, based on a sliding scale. This fee does not apply to requests for further information, accepted client meetings or subcontracting service requests.
If you are booking for a service or topic that is not listed, include in the Subject Line: New Service Request.
Response Time:
Once a request has been received, a response can be reasonably expected in 24-72 hours.
For workshops, speaking engagements and other presentations, any requests made within 72 hours of a proposed date will not be accepted. (Ex. A workshop request for February 14th made on February 11th will not be accepted).
